Since its formation 14 years ago, Prospect Estates, who are based in the North of England, have become established as one of the UK’s most successful property investment and development companies.
Originally formed in April 1996 by John E Lund, the Company has very much been a family orientated business.
Since the company’s inception our success has been facilitated in part by the selective purchase of properties in a very competitive market.
