BACIL is the brainchild of the West Yorkshire Police and Leeds City Council. Together they approached us with a view to developing a new and efficient crime intelligence system that would allow over 300 BACIL members to directly log anti-social crime incidences and offender profiles in real time.
Through methodical planning, research and a brand audit, Why Digital Media have developed this system in such a way that it allows members to cross-pollinate information and images. This helps the council, police and business owners to achieve their common goal - reducing anti-social crime in Leeds.
