BR Pharmaceuticals was established in 1996 by businessman Phillip Byrne to introduce new products to the UK health market with a primary focus on the pharmacy sector. Mr Byrne and his management team wanted to draw upon their vast sales and marketing experience to position BR Pharmaceuticals within its market place.
To help with this strategic change segmentation, targeting and position were crucial. Due to multiple B2C and B2B vertical markets combined with a diverse product range, clearly defining the overall brand strategy was imperative before communications went ahead.
